We created a custom carrier system to clean up how club heads are handled on fitting days. Instead of loose, cluttered setups, everything now has a defined place, making it easier for the team to set up, present and pack down.
The trays were produced in acrylic in Melbourne, with foam inserts designed using 3D modelling to get a precise fit for each head. Those inserts were manufactured offshore and fitted locally. The end result is a simple, well-resolved system that keeps everything organised and presents the product properly.
