We built a dedicated marketing portal for Trek Bicycle that gives each store a simple, reliable way to access and order the materials they need. From store bags and staff uniforms through to promotional items and stationery, everything sits in one place. Stores can log in, select what they need, and get on with it without having to go back and forth with head office.
Behind the scenes, the portal gives head office full control. Orders can be routed through approval workflows, budgets are tracked in real time, and purchases can be directed to approved third-party suppliers, making it a true one-stop shop. With an end-of-month reconciliation captured in a single report, it also makes life easier for finance, with clear visibility over spend and orders across the network.
